Who doesn’t love pasta in this world? An iconic dish of Italy. Over the year pasta evolved in many different faces and along with it the recipes to.
In every continent, the pasta will be served in their own unique style.
It is healthy and easy to make and so yummy in taste. So today we gonna share with you our another recipe name Makhni Pasta that will make you drool
- Vegetables (Your choice)
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Cashew and Badam 4 piece
- Soya Sauce, Vinegar, and Chili Sauce
Step 1: Take a pot to add some water for boiling pasta
Step 2: Once the water begins to boil then add 1 tbsp of salt then add pasta ( cook till 80℅ about 10 min )
Step 3: Strain it and keep it aside.
Recipe of Makhani Sauce and Veggies:
Step 1: Take a pan to add or refined oil, add chopped onion, tomato, cashew, and Badam now saute for a minute.
Step 2: Now add 1 tbsp of coriander powder and pepper, mix well.
Step 3: Now add some water mix well and cover and cook for 5 min.
( After 5 mix the mixture will be ready keep aside, let it cool down) Nd then grinds it into a fine paste.
Step 4: Take the same pan and add some olive oil and veggies and mix it well on a mid flame.
Step 5: Add some salt, chili flakes and fry them about 10 mins.
Recipe of White Sauce:
Step 1: Take a pan and add 2 tbsp of butter and add 1 tbsp of maida, saute it for few seconds.
Step 2: Now add more than half a glass of milk ( whisk it to avoid lumps, and cook until the sauce thickens )
Step 3: Now add the makhani sauce into the white sauce and cook for 5 mins
Step 6: Add all fried veggies, oregano, and grated cheese, or a slice of cheese ( Stir and cook for 2 mins )
Step 7: Now add boiled pasta and stir cook for a minute.
Your Makhani Pasta is ready to serve.
