The word Mishran means a mixture of ingredients. Here we have our delicious sweet delicacy recipe the Mishran Ladoos. The recipe is very easy and very simple to make. All the ingredients you will find easily in your kitchen. You will Love these sweet ladoos. Ready your apron and get ready.  


  • Ghee (4 tbsp)
  • Semolina (1 small bowl)
  • Wheat flour (half bowl)
  • Badam (5 or 6)
  • Dedicated coconut 4 tbsp
  • Sugar as per your taste

Lets Cook

How to make Sugar Syrup

Step 1: In a pan, heat water and add sugar.

Step 2: Till the sugar syrup becomes dense and sticky keep on heating it.

Step 3: Touch a little amount of syrup with fingers, if it’s sticky the syrup is ready.

Now let's Make The Ladoo

Step 1: Set a pan in low mid flame.

Step 2: Now add ghee and make it melt then add semolina and wheat flour.

Step 3: Roast the mixture properly till the color changes to light brown.

Step 4: Add almonds and desiccated coconut and mix well.

Step 5: After 2 minutes, add Khowa and mix it well.

Step 6: Once the mixture is moist enough, add sugar syrup.

Step 7:  Stir the mixture till it becomes ready to be molded.

Step 8: Add ghee if needed (optional)

Step 9: Mould them into a round shape and make ladoos.

Your tasty Mishran Ladoos are ready to serve.
