Moong ke laddoo

- Green gram ( one and half cup)
- Dry fruits
- Rawa ( optional)
Step 1: Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee then add green gram.
Step 2: Roast the green gram until it converts reddish-brown color.
Note: You can add more ghee according to your taste and quantity and the mixture will look some Liquidity form.
Step 3: Turn off the stove and let it cool completely, then grind it to a coarse powder.
Step 4: Now take a pan to add 5 to 6 tbsp of ghee and let it warm, add some dry fruits, and roast it about 2 mins.
Step 5: Next add the green gram flour into the pan and saute well about 15 min on low flame.
Step 6: Add 2 tbsp of rawa then again saute for another 10 mins on low flame.
Step 7: Now turn off the flame and then add jaggery according to your taste and mix well.
Step 8: Now roll it to small laddoos. ( Don’t let it cool)
