Pork curry recipe
Pork is a kitchen name/ menu name for the meat of a domestic pig. It is also the most consumed meat worldwide. Pork popularly consumes in eastern India. China is the largest pork consumer worldwide. In India pork has been consumed by some parts of South Indian and northern eastern people.
- Black pepper
Kashmiri chili powder
3-4 medium-size onion
Ginger garlic paste
Finely chopped coriander
Step 1: Take a pot, add 1 kg of pork meat, 1 cup of water, and salt and let it simmer for 30 to 40 mins and cover the pot.
Step 2: Then after simmering add onion and ginger garlic paste and make it cook for few minutes then add all the masala and cook it for 10 mins.
Step 3: Then put 1 glass of water if you want more gravy then you can add more water then stir it nicely and cook it 10-15 mins.
Step 4: Then add finely chopped coriander and sprinkle on the top as a garnish and your hot pork curry is ready to serve.
