Step 1: Take a bowl and soak basmati rice for about 15 mins.
Step 2 Wash the rice after 20 mins.
Step 3: Now strain the rice and spread to dry below fan or sun.
Step 4: Grind the rice to a coarse mixture.
Step 4: take one-cup milk ( room temperature) then add it to the rice mixture.
Step 6: Mix the Rice flour in some cold milk before it to hot milk.
