This dish is going to give you amazing results for your weight loss plan. But do remember, smoothie alone can never do magic in weight loss, other factors like sleep and exercise also play a major role in weight loss.

  • 20 Almonds(soaked overnight)
  • Dates 4
  • 1 A small bowl of raw/rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed.
  • 1 medium apple

Lets Begin 

Step 1: Roast the oats on low flame for 3-4 mins.

Step 2: Take the overnight soaked almonds and peel the skin off, and grind it with 1 cup of water.

Step 3: Now add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds and grind it well.

Step 4: Now add oats and dates in the same grinder and grind it well.

You can add water if it’s required.

Step 5: Now pour it in your favorite mug and garnish with your favorite topping as I did with pomegranate seeds.
